Summary Administration provides for a streamlined probate process for interested

A full and formal administration is required for estates that do not match
this criteria. Formal administration may also be suggested for smaller
estates that qualify for summary administration but the will is contested,
beneficiaries cannot be located, or there are multiple creditors to satisfy.

assets which are located within the State of Florida, an ancillary probate
administration will be necessary to transfer those assets to intended

Additionally, when the deceased person's property is not of great value,
the law allows for disposition without administration, or "no probate."
This grants reimbursement from the estate to whoever paid for the deceased's
final expenses, such as funeral costs and remaining medical bills. Disposition
without administration does not apply when the assets include any real
estate or when debts and final expenses exceed the value of the assets.
